Is BiteStride free?
You can start for free: the product scanner is free and unlimited, and you can generate one free day of your weekly plan with its shopping list. Premium unlocks the full week and more features, from €3.99 per month.
When will the app be available?
BiteStride is almost ready. It will arrive first on Google Play, with the App Store to follow.
How does the family plan work?
One subscription covers 2 to 5 members. Each member has an independent profile with their own goal, menu and progress.
Does BiteStride use AI with my data?
AI is only used when you ask the assistant a question or choose to scan a photo. Only that question or photo is sent to an external AI provider, never your profile. You can switch AI off in the app settings. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
How do I cancel or delete my account?
You can cancel anytime from your phone's app store. You can also delete your account and all its data at any time from the Delete my account page.
