Terms of Use

By creating an account or using BiteStride you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. What BiteStride is

BiteStride is an application that generates personalized nutrition and training plans with the help of artificial intelligence, and includes a points system, rewards and family plans.

2. Your account

You must provide truthful information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for the activity that occurs on your account and for keeping your password safe.
The family plan must only be used among people in your own household or close circle, up to the number of members allowed by your subscription.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. The family plan allows an adult to manage profiles of minors under their own responsibility.

3. Important health notice

BiteStride does not replace the advice of a healthcare professional. The menus, calories and routines generated by the AI are for guidance only and are based on the information you provide; they may contain errors. Consult a doctor, nutritionist or qualified trainer before making any major change to your diet or physical activity, especially if you have a medical condition, a severe allergy, or are pregnant.

4. Subscriptions and payments

BiteStride offers an Individual plan and a Family plan, monthly or annual, with the prices you will see in the app before subscribing.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, unless you cancel before it ends, with at least 24 hours' notice.
Payment is handled directly by Google Play or the App Store, depending on your device. We do not have access to your card details.
To cancel your subscription or request a refund, do so from your Google Play or App Store account settings — we cannot process cancellations or refunds directly.
Prices may change; if they do, we will notify you before your next renewal is affected.

5. AI-generated content

The menus, routines, texts and calorie estimates generated by BiteStride are created automatically and may contain inaccuracies. Always review the result with common sense, especially regarding allergies and intolerances.

6. Points and rewards

The points you earn inside the app have no monetary value, are not transferable or exchangeable for money, and may be adjusted or removed if we detect fraudulent use of the system.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use BiteStride to upload illegal or offensive content, or content that does not belong to you, to attempt to access other people's accounts, or to manipulate the points or rewards system in an automated way.

8. Intellectual property

The app, its design, its brand and its code belong to us. The data and content you enter (photos, profile, progress) remain yours; you give us permission to use them solely to provide the service to you.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of Málaga, unless consumer protection regulations grant you a different venue. BiteStride is operated, as of the date of these terms, by Mirko Petrov Radev (NIF X4975575P), as an individual.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the app or in applicable regulations. If the change is significant, we will notify you inside the app.
